Tripawds Supporter sites have no ads!

A love for the ages!

Tripawds is a user-supported community. Thank you for your support!

Here are Harriet and Abbie, one of our small terriers.  Those of you who read my other posts in the forums know that Abbie recently snuck into Harriet’s recovery pen and ate out of her litter box…resulting in an ER visit and induced-vomiting.  Abbie had a full 3 tablespoons of clumping litter in her gut, so we are lucky we got her there before it got too far through her system.

Abbie is Harriet’s #1 fan, and shows her love for Harriet in more ways than just eating her litter (ugh!). She loves to snuggle up at any opportunity. Harriet usually tolerates Abbie but is less than thrilled about her. Here, we catch Harriet actually snuggling in with Abbie (and yes, apparently Abbie has borrowed one of Harriet’s recovery onesies. Isn’t borrowing clothes another sign of devotion)?

Getting ready for sleepytime

Tripawds is a user-supported community. Thank you for your support!

Because of the weather, we’ve had fans running nonstop.  Because Harriet had half of her fur, practically, shaved off for surgery, we don’t want her to get a chill at night. So, she is wearing a baby onesie or a tshirt at night! This one has a whale on it and says “I’m a pretty big deal,” which we think is both true and hilarious.
